Jackson Pollock – Blue Poles – Florentine

 

 

Jackson Pollock’s Blue Poles was purchased by the National Gallery of Australia in 1973, causing huge controversy over the use of public funds for such a large purchase, especially as a lot of people didn’t like or appreciate the work. I love the work, I love the colour and movement and excitement of it. The key advantage of my Florentines? Edible. And delicious.

Edvard Munch – The Scream – Anzac

 

 

The Munch Protocol was created by moving the Anzac biscuits from the oven tray onto the cooling tray before the biscuits were quite solid enough.
